1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Drimt, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Drimt provides an AI-driven platform to detect, assess and mitigate digital risks across your systems. We may evolve features, add or remove integrations and adjust limits over time.
3. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity within your workspace. Subscriptions are scoped per workspace.
4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe.
- Yearly plans include approximately 17% savings versus monthly.
- Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax, ~3.5% handling included) are added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service without permission.
- Upload data you have no right to process.
- Use Drimt to harm, harass or violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass anonymization, security controls or rate limits.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your data. We retain all rights in the Drimt platform, models and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the service.
7. Confidentiality & security
We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, ISO 27001-aligned controls). No system is perfectly secure — you must also use strong credentials and follow best practices.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated insights are recommendations, not professional legal, security or compliance advice. You are responsible for decisions you make.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, with venue in the courts of Paris.
