    Refund Policy

When and how Drimt issues refunds.

    1. Free trial / soft gate

Drimt operates a soft-gated free experience so you can evaluate the platform before paying. We strongly encourage trying the product before subscribing.

    2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; you will keep access until the end of the current period and will not be charged again.

    3. Yearly subscriptions — 14-day refund

For yearly plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided usage has been minimal (no significant export, report generation or autofix activity). After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent the next renewal.

    4. EU consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the service immediately, you acknowledge that this right ends once the service has been fully performed for the period in question.

    5. Taxes

Where a refund is granted, applicable taxes collected at checkout are refunded with the principal amount.

    6. Service disruptions

In the event of a prolonged outage materially affecting your use of the service, we may issue pro-rata credits or refunds at our discretion.

    7. How to request a refund

Email billing@drimt.ai from the address on your account with your workspace name and invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve most billing issues within one business day.
